I just tried this on my days off and 1st night, nothing different...2nd night? slept like a baby! this smells amazing and dont need alot and all natural which is very cool!

I've had about a month now to use this wonderful balm before bedtime, and can recommend it! Just opening the lid and seeing the level of care used in filling the container and topping it with dried petals is so satisfying. I appreciate the little personal touches that Dulse & Rugosa brings to their hand-made products.

I can now say that the nights where I've used it, I seem to have fallen asleep faster. It smells wonderfully relaxing for one thing while reading before bedtime and my eyes reliably get heavier, sooner. I've applied lavender oil to my temples before, and it can be a little intense. But using a little dab of BOTZzzz under the nose as directed in addition to my temples keeps the gentle scent where it's most effective and for a longer period of time. Never overpowering, and the citrus notes come through very nicely. (It's so nice, I find myself using it during the day as well.) I'd definitely purchase this balm again!

My husband recently passed away and a relative/friend gifted me a "goodie bag" with some of your products -- all of them wonderful -- but the "Bring on the
Zzzz's" balm has been like magic! I don't think I've had a bad night's sleep since I received it. Are there any stores in the Portland, Maine area that you sell your products? If not,, I will definitely be ordering this balm..
